Thirty years. One galvanizing standard. No exceptions.

GalvaTech has manufactured hot dip galvanized scaffolding from Greece since the 1990s. Our process has not changed because the job site has not changed.

— In-house galvanizing line

We control the zinc bath. Not a subcontractor.

Bath temperature, chemistry, and coating thickness are set and monitored on our own line. Every frame exits with a verified zinc layer—not a certificate printed after the fact.

EN ISO 1461 compliance is embedded at the process level. When a delivery arrives on site, the documentation reflects what actually happened in the bath.

EN ISO 1461

Complete frame systems—H-type and ringlock—galvanized to the same standard on the same line.

The European hot dip galvanizing standard. Verified at the bath, documented per delivery.

Years manufacturing from Thessaloniki without a break in process or ownership.

European countries supplied with H-type and ringlock systems on active projects.

The system is only as reliable as the steel beneath it.

Review the full H-type and ringlock specifications, certifications, and component ranges before you commit to a system.
