Hot-dip galvanizing creates a thick layer of zinc that uniformly protects the entire steel from rust on the inside and outside, even welds and corners where rust usually occurs first. At the same time, the scaffolding does not need frequent painting or re-protection, resulting in significantly reduced maintenance costs over time.
Zinc protects the steel even from minor damage. So even if the surface is scratched, it continues to protect the steel.
