/ Zinc Coat Standard

Every H-type frame leaves our facility with a verified minimum 85 µm zinc coat, batch-tested by an independent laboratory. Coating thickness records ship with each order.

EN ISO 1461. No Exceptions.

Steel grade S235/S355. Frame heights: 1.0 m, 1.5 m, 2.0 m. Bay widths: 0.73 m, 1.09 m. Tube wall: 3.2 mm minimum.

Standards, ledgers, transoms, diagonal braces, base jacks, U-head jacks, staircase units, and toe boards. All components galvanized to the same EN ISO 1461 specification as the frames.
