Eight-directional nodes. EN ISO 1461 galvanized.

Every rosette node galvanized through the full joint surface. Supplied in 0.5–3 m bay widths with CE marking and load-tested documentation ready for compliance submission.

Wide environmental yard shot — stacked hot dip galvanized ringlock vertical standards and ledger components in an outdoor storage yard, overcast sky above, zinc coating catching diffuse daylight, component ends showing rosette disc profiles

Node geometry, bay widths, galvanizing depth

Rosette nodes accept eight ledger directions simultaneously — no rotational repositioning required on irregular floor plans. Standard node pitch: 500 mm along the vertical standard.

Bay widths supplied: 0.5 m, 0.73 m, 1.0 m, 1.5 m, 2.0 m, 2.5 m, 3.0 m. Diagonal bracing and base jacks available across the full width range.

Hot dip galvanized to EN ISO 1461. Minimum coating thickness 45 µm on tube section; rosette disc surfaces inspected and recorded per batch. No patch galvanizing — full immersion only.

▸ CE Marking & Compliance

Load-tested. Full technical dossier on request.

Every ringlock component carries CE marking under EN 12810 and EN 12811. Static load test records and material certificates are available for direct inclusion in project compliance submissions.

Galvanizing batch records are retained per EN ISO 1461 and supplied with each order. No separate third-party verification required — documentation ships with the steel.
